Siegmund Welding Tables stands by the precision of our products; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused equipment in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to the weight and nature of industrial welding tables, restocking fees and return shipping costs may apply.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Securely pack the items on their original pallets or in their original crates to ensure no damage occurs during heavy-freight transit.
Schedule Freight Pickup
Once your return is authorized, we will assist in coordinating a freight carrier pickup for all large-scale welding surfaces and heavy accessories.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned items for wear or damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
